Thank you for accepting our invitation to speak to the Rotary Club of Hattiesburg.
Our club is a diverse group of civic-minded community leaders and professionals, united by the highest ethical values and a commitment to humanitarian service locally, regionally, and around the world. Our motto is “Service Above Self.”
Membership: 62 members
Average Attendance: ~40 members (in-person and virtual)

Non-Political & Non-Religious: Rotary is a non-political, non-religious humanitarian organization. Please avoid any topic that promotes or disparages political or religious beliefs.
Elected Officials: Welcome to present; however, no presentations are allowed from individuals actively campaigning or seeking public office.
No Commercial Promotion: Advertising or promotion of products, services, or businesses is not permitted.

Venue: Mugshots Grill & Bar, N 40th Avenue – Banquet Room
Presentation Technology:
PowerPoint/video presentations are optional.
If using them, please arrive by 11:45 a.m. for setup assistance.
Projector and screen available for in-person speakers (bring your own laptop).
Virtual speakers will receive a Zoom link in advance and will be made co-host to share their screen.
Club Business: Begins at 12:15 p.m. (5–10 minutes)
Your Presentation: Immediately following club business
Duration: ~25 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
Adjournment: 1:00 p.m. sharp
