Andy Impastato serves as Vice President of Client Compliance and is responsible for providing regulatory guidance on new legislation, HR management and benefits administration. Prior to joining the BancorpSouth Insurance Services team, he served as Manager of legal Operations for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi.
Impastato has been practicing law for over nine years and has a history of providing legal and compliance advice on employee benefits matters, including all aspects of health and welfare plan administration.  He has public, private firm and in-house experience with a broad range of knowledge regarding general employment law issues.  
Impastato is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of human resource management and administration with special emphasis on compliance.  He consults with clients on all facets of human resource administration, laws and regulations and explains often complex concepts in simple and accurate terms and offers insight and advice on current human resource trends.
Impastato is a member of the American Bar Association, its Section on Labor and Employment Law and its joint committee on employee benefits.  He is also a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and Mississippi Corporate Counsel Association.  
Impastato holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Mississippi College School of Law.
A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Impastato, his wife and their children live in Jackson, Mississippi.
Chrissy Cullinane joined BancorpSouth Insurance Services in 2008; Chrissy is an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Division of Stewart Sneed Hewes. Some of her primary responsibilities include the design and implementation of employer-provided health care group benefit programs; balancing specific workforce health care needs with financial resources, goals and objectives; indentifying options to mitigate rising costs; and assisting in the compliance of various regulations including health care reform.
Cullinane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s in Education from William Carey University. She is credentialed by the National Association of Health Underwriters as a Certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional.
Chrissy is a member of various professional organizations including The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, the International Foundation, Mississippi Association of Self Insurers, and the Society for Human Resources Management.  Chrissy is an active member of the National Association of Healthcare Underwriters; she currently serves as President-Elect for the South Mississippi Association of Health Underwriters.
Chrissy serves on the Board of Directors for the Hattiesburg Area Habitat for Humanity, Hattiesburg Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club Advisory Council, Alpha Omicron Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity Collegiate Advisory Board, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Hattiesburg and is a Provisional Member of the Junior Auxiliary of Hattiesburg.  She is a member of the Area Development Partnership and Pine Belt Young Professionals.  Chrissy was selected to participate in the Area Development Partnership’s Leadership Pinebelt Class of 2011. In 2013, Cullinane was named as one of The Mississippi Business Journal’s Top 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi.
