Amber L. Ross

Amber currently builds meaningful brand experiences as the Director of Marketing for Jones Companies, a family of companies that meet the needs of the energy industries. Since graduating from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, she has rolled up her sleeves in a variety of communication roles in the healthcare, tourism, and broadcasting industries. She is a graduate of Leadership Pine Belt, MIT’s executive program for Mastering Design Thinking, and the FBI Citizens Academy. She thrives on learning, collaborating, and creating with others.

Gene Smith

Gene Smith has been the President of FV Recycling since 2009, primarily overseeing all plant operations, guiding the development of strategic and operational plans of the recycling industry, and presenting them to executive management. Mr. Smith exudes the Company’s core values through outstanding communication and coaching to many employees throughout the south who represent FV Recycling. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi College and later received a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, where he currently serves on the Alumni Association Board.
