MINUTES: July 7, 2020

President Mark Killingsworth presided over today’s meeting. A.D. Hunt provided the invocation and Mike Ratliff led us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Joe Bost thanked Mark for acting as today’s greeter and thanked Mike and A.D. for the pledge and prayer. Joe Bost joined us today through Zoom.

Mark had each table converse and talk over ideas they have for the upcoming year and what they would like to see. Some of the ideas brought to the table today were the following:

A true Renaissance man, Dr. Mike Lopinto has written, directed, music directed, designed sets and lighting for numerous productions, recently directing the two co-winners of the 2018-19 American Prize in Musical Theatre: Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera (Southern Opera and Musical Theatre Company at Southern Miss) and Pasek and Paul’s James and the Giant Peach (The Hub City Players at FestivalSouth).
