CAMERON S. GRIFFITH, M.D., M.S.

Dr. Griffith graduated as an Echol’s scholar from the University of Virginia. He attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, where he earned a Master of Science degree in neuropharmacology. During his residency at LSUHSC, Dr. Griffith served as Chief Resident. He then completed fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery at Eye Consultants of Atlanta, Georgia. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, as well as the Society for Excellence in Eyecare.

Dr. Griffith was among the first in Mississippi to perform 1-Visit Blade-free LASIK and also Blade-free Cataract procedures. He is the pioneer in the tri-state area to offer LipiFlow®, a treatment for dry eye syndrome. Dr. Griffith was recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal as a “Mississippi Healthcare Hero” in 2011.
