TOMMY LOFTON • MS ARMED FORCES MUSEUM

Tommy Lofton is a native of Vicksburg, MS, where he became an Eagle Scout and graduated from Vicksburg High School. Lofton attended JCJC for two years (2002-2004) and then USM. He graduated from USM in 2006 with a B.A. in History and is currently working to complete his Masters in Military History/American Military History. After graduating from USM in 2006, he worked as a historian at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans, LA. While there, he interviewed several thousand WWII veterans for their Oral History Collection and helped design their new exhibits. 
Lofton and his wife, Angie, have a 4-year-old daughter, Madelyn, and a 19-month-old son, Carter.
