Gary Grubbs and his wife Glenda move to Los Angeles in 1978 for Gary to pursue a writing career.  He went on an open call, booked the part and 40 years and 200 credits later he is still acting.  Gary made a name for himself starring in sit-coms, like Will and Grace, Growing Pains, and Married W/Children. He also featured in dozens of Hallmark and Lifetime movies as a southern lawyer. Two network movies he starred in, “The Burning Bed and Fatal Vision” are still among the highest rated projects in television history.
Recently he was in “Concussion” with Will Smith, “Free State of Jones” with Matthew McConaughey, and with Kevin Sorbo in “Let There Be Light.”  His favorite role of all time is  Joe Carter in “God Bless the Broken Road” and he his truly excited about its recent release.
His wife Glenda is a well-known artist.  His daughter Molly is a creative brand strategist for Tumblr and his son Logan, is currently pitching a game show to the networks that he and Gary have created.  Recently a play that Gary penned was adapted into a screenplay and bought by Netflix to be part of the Dolly Parton Anthology series.  The movie recently completed filming in Atlanta and starred Gerald McRaney and Delta Burke.
