Phillip has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. He has worked in law enforcement for fourteen years. His leadership roles have included Commander of The 12th Circuit Narcotics Enforcement Team and Chief Investigator at The Forrest County Sheriff’s Office. Phillip currently serves as a Human Trafficking Investigator for The Mississippi Office of The Attorney General and a Task Force Officer for The Drug Enforcement Administration.
