Congratulations to Mr. Larry LeBlanc! Larry is the recipient of this year's Joe Spell Award. Like Joe Spell, Larry has shown tireless dedication and provided selfless service to the Rotary Club of Hattiesburg and the Pinebelt.
Like many of you who have followed Larry's recent health issues very closely, we are extremely excited and grateful that this article is accompanied by such a wonderful image.
