Regina Scotto Wedig joined the Rotary Club of Amite in 2006 after she and husband, Eric moved from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Regina has served as treasurer, secretary, president and executive secretary for her club.

 In 2015 she received the Service Projects Award, District Service Award and the Visionary Leader Award for District 6840.  For 2016-17, she was named a District All-Star.  Regina has served as Assistant Governor for the Tangipahoa Territory and Deputy Governor of Louisiana. Regina is a facilitator for the Membership Initiative for the District and for the virtual RLI classes established by Past District Governor Elizabeth Van Sant.  She is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Sustaining Member and a member of the Paul Harris Society. She will serve as District Governor for 2022-23.

Regina is an attorney and practices in Amite. Regina and Eric will celebrate 43 years of marriage this year. Regina spends her spare time with her horses, cats and dog and enjoys baking and cooking for family and friends.
