Dwayne was born and raised in Hattiesburg and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He played football, received a undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and a Master Degree in Education Psychology. Dwayne has worked in law enforcement, Boys and Girls Club, Community Mental Health, Therapeutic Group Homes, and the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. He has over 25 years of experience working with community organizations and the public.
