DAVID SAULTERS • SIGMA COMPANIES, LLC
David Saulters is a native of Prentiss, Mississippi. He came to Hattiesburg in 1986 as a student at USM and has lived here ever since. He graduated in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in banking and finance and worked in banking for most of the 90’s.
David left banking in 1999 to open Sigma Companies, LLC, a comprehensive real estate company he still owns with his wife, Christa. Through Sigma Companies, David is a licensed residential builder and operates a property maintenance arm under Sigma Services. Under Sigma Realty, LLC, David and Christa own and operate RE/MAX Real Estate Partners, which they purchased in 2015.
David works day to day with his wife Christa, who is a Hattiesburg native. They have a combined seven children and two grandchildren. They are active members of Heritage United Methodist Church and stay involved with the University of Southern Mississippi through the Alumni Association and Eagle Club.
David is an Advisory Board Member of First Bank, a Member of the Mississippi Housing Institute Board of Directors and sits on the boards of BCAM and AmFed Holdings. He is a past president of both the Greater Hattiesburg Home Builders Association and Home Builders Association of Mississippi and still serves on the board of directors of each, as well as holding the rank of life delegate of the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors.
