STACI COX, UNITED WAY OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI

Staci Cox is the new director of community impact at United Way of Southeast MS. In her current position, she is responsible for working with UWSEMS partner agencies and also identifying programs within the community that align with the United Way SEMS mission. Overseeing the funding process Staci is also charged with developing measurement tools for funded agencies to complete to ensure maximum impact of donor dollars in the community. Staci has been with United Way SEMS for 2 years as the director of marketing and communications before taking on her new role. Prior to working with United Way, she worked at the University of Southern Miss for 7 years at the Think Center and Luckyday Foundation Citizenship Scholars Program. Before working at Southern Miss, she graduated twice- once with her bachelor of science in exercise science and then with a master of education in college student personnel. 
Staci is a member of the 2016 Leadership Pinebelt program (best class ever). She is also involved on committees for PineBelt Young Professionals, Extra Table, Avenues Alliance and PRAM. Staci is a member of Junior Auxillary and also serves as vice president of her neighborhood association. She is an active member of her church, Ekklesia, by serving on the governing board and leadership of the children's ministry. Staci is the owner of Little Dog Cinema, Hattiesburg's only outdoor movie theater.
