David Saulters is a native of Prentiss, Mississippi. He came to Hattiesburg in 1986 as a student at USM and has lived here ever since. He graduated in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in banking and finance and worked in banking for most of the 90’s.

David left banking in 1999 to go into business for himself, and ultimately purchased RE/MAX Real Estate Partners in 2015 with his wife Christa which they operate along with several other business ventures.

Although not active in residential construction, David still holds a residential contractors license and is a Certified Professional Builder/Remodeler as designated by the Mississippi Housing Institute. He is a past president of both the Greater Hattiesburg Home Builders Association and Home Builders Association of Mississippi and still serves on the board of directors of each, as well as holding the rank of life delegate of the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors.

David and Christa have a combined seven children and three grandchildren. They are active members of Heritage United Methodist Church and stay involved with the University of Southern Mississippi through the Alumni Association and Eagle Club.
