Destiny Blackwell is a Care Coordinator for Traditions Health. Traditions Health provides hospice and palliative care to loved ones at end of life. These services include a doctor, nurse practitioner, RN, CNA, social worker, chaplain, and medical equipment and supplies. Destiny is originally from Hattiesburg, MS where she graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She currently lives in Gulfport, MS, and covers both the Hattiesburg and Gulf Coast communities where she educates families and community partners on the under-utilized benefits of hospice services.
