Brian and Sarah Carver
Brian and Sarah met in Charleston SC while attending Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute. During school they enrolled in an intense wine course that took them throughout Europe. After graduation, they continued to broaden their horizons by working in all aspects of the food service industry, from managing wine and gourmet shops to running restaurants. After 12 years they moved to Sarah’s hometown of Hattiesburg to open Twin Forks Wine & Provisions.
