Congratulations to Penny Barnes, our April 2014 Teacher of the Month! Originally from Collins, Mrs. Barnes is a graduate of Alcorn State and William Carey Universities, teaches pre-K - 6th grade, and serves as a counselor. Accompanying Mrs. Barnes on Tuesday was Rowan Elementary Principal, Loleatha Miller.
