The Mid-Year Checkup will be held in the Pearl River Community College, Poplarville, Mississippi, on Jan. 11 from 8 am to noon. Clubs are asked to give a two-minute talk on the club's major accomplishments during the past six months. A training session on Rotary Youth Exchange will also be held.                 Announcements by Ace Necaise, Elizabeth Van Sant, Vicky Magas, Vicky Gutierrez,
                DGE Brian Hall, and other district officers
9:00 am    Club President (or president representative) will give 2 minute oral report on club
                activities and goals achieved thus far in the year. Assistant District Governors are
                requested to give a report on their territories; this is an opportunity to report on
                special events. Two minute reports should be concise and will be timed.
