DR. RANDY HENDERSON & JUSTICE O'KEEFE DUHON

 
 
Dr. Randy Henderson, originally from Nashville, TN, graduated from Princeton University with a degree in history and then graduated from medical school at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville in 1980.  He trained in pediatrics and then neonatology at Vanderbilt University.  For the last 19 years, he has been a partner at Southern Mississippi Neonatology and has worked at Forrest General Hospital and Memorial hospital in Gulfport.  In 2007, he was named Hattiesburg American’s “12 Who Made a Difference” for his work in newborn screening.  In 2014, he won the Forrest General Philip Rogers award as humanitarian for mentoring staff in the NICU.  He is currently president of the Mississippi Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Chairman of the state’s newborn screening committee.  He is a former chairman of the Hattiesburg Habitat for Humanity board, a board member of Presbyterian Christian School, and an elder at First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg. 
Randy is married to pediatrician Dr. Anita Henderson of Starkville has two children Rand and Sadie.
 
Justice O’Keefe Duhon, originally from Ocean Springs, MS, graduated in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. Duhon was a member of the Honors College and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2004. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in the Southern Miss Study Abroad Program at King’s College in London, England. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she attended the University of Mississippi where she received a Masters in Accountancy in 2005. In September 2005, she began her career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Memphis, TN. In June 2007, she joined Horne LLP in Hattiesburg, MS as a Senior Associate in Health Care Services and also obtained her Certified Public Accountant license through the State of Mississippi later that year. In September 2008, she joined Stewart Sneed Hewes as an account executive in their Employee Benefit division. In 2010, Duhon left her professional career to stay at home with her children.
Extracurricular activities include Treasurer of Junior Auxiliary of Hattiesburg, Board Member of Greater Pinebelt Community Foundation Board and Recommendation Chair for Kappa Delta Sorority.
Justice is married to Jonathan L. Duhon, and they have three children, Cecilia – 4 years, Les – 2 years, Joseph – 5 months.  Justice and Jonathan Duhon are members of Venture Church where Jonathan serves as a Deacon where they serve on the guest services team.
