Lee Armstrong is originally from Tupelo Mississippi. She moved to Hattiesburg Mississippi in 2007 to study human performance and recreation at the University of Southern Mississippi. While in school, Lee served as an Ambassador for the College of Health. After completing a degree in Exercise Science, she worked clinically in outpatient cardiac rehab. Currently Lee is the Director of the Gateway Program at Anatomies family fitness.
