Sara Peterson • Cooperative Energy
Sara is the current Corporate Communications Manager for Cooperative Energy. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations, a Minor in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi. She is a Certified Cooperative Communicator and was designated SeniorPublic Relations Practitioner in 2016 by the Southern Public Relations Federation.
Sara is President of the National G&T Communicators Association and is a Member of the National Council for Rural Electric Communicator.
Sara and her husband, Pat Peterson, have two children, Natalie and Chance. They reside in Sumrall and are active members of First Baptist Church Sumrall.
