Laurie Dana is a Public Affairs Specialist with the Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Assistance.  As a reservist, she travels to areas where there is a declared disaster, such as the recent tornados in Hattiesburg, to conduct outreach about available assistance and the importance of completing a disaster loan application as part of the recovery process. 
When she’s not working on a disaster, Laurie is home in Paradise, California, about 20 miles upstream from Oroville Dam. She has over 20 years marketing communications and public relations.
