Anna Claire Mercer
Greek Life - it's not just a social club. As a Greek Life member, Anna Claire wishes to inform others of the successful philanthropic environment not only at the Beta Sigma chapter of Kappa Delta but also USM's Greek community as a whole.
Anna Claire Mercer is a junior political science major at the University of Southern Mississippi. While at USM, she is involved in leadership positions in the Luckyday Citizenship Scholars program, Kappa Delta Sorority, the Student Government Association, and USM Baseball Diamond Darlings.
Last spring, Anna Claire was awarded the Dr. Eddie A. Holloway Outstanding Community Servant for 2016-2017 as well as the Evelyn Gandy Political Science Endowment Scholarship. As Kappa Delta's Vice President of Community Service, she focuses on both internal and external growth within USM's Greek Life community in order to foster a positive and successful philanthropic environment.
